  I've had TaColumbus twice now in the few months that I've lived here and I keep thinking about when I'll go back again! I've tried the pollo, chorizo, asada, and carnitas tacos with cilantro and onion (how they are served) and all are good, with my favorites being the asada and carnitas. I add pickled onions, radish, and lime that they include with your order. They also bring out various salsas, and they are tasty, but spicy in my opinion! I have stolen some bites of burrito from my husbands order and it is delicious as well. They do have a tasty horchata too. I have also tried the tres leches cake, which is ok, but wouldn't be the reason I return.
  
  The service is fast, and this place stays busy with a steady stream of customers. Nice bright atmosphere, and very clean as well!

  I love Mexican food and was quite excited to see a New Mexican restaurant opening up near where I live.  I drive by here most every day and peeked into the building a few times as they were completing the interior.  One day I stopped by just as Lindsey was opening up.  I was their first customer and have been back many times!  They have great food and service and a very friendly staff.  
  
  You can find them in Columbus, IN on US 31 just south of 17th/Marr road in the Regal Park strip mall.  The entrance is around the corner from the iMechanic shop.
  
  Highly recommended!

  I have eaten here twice if that tells you anything and this restaurant is literally on the other side of town!!!
  I really enjoyed the food here.  I have always ordered my food to go but I really like the brightness of the restaurant.  Both times I have gone, the restaurant was packed and the majority of the customers were Spanish speaking which is always a plus in my book!
  Both times I have ordered a burrito and the second time I requested they put my guacamole, beans and  rice inside my burrito rather than as side items.  The second time the burrito was fire.  I was humming as I was eating it was so good!  And only half of my burrito was left by the time I made it back to my hotel room.  
  I also ordered the tres leches (three cream) strawberry cake, the cake was perfection but be careful if you are lactose intolerant, this cake will tear you up.

  Glad to have happened upon this cute restaurant while exploring Columbus. Inside is clean and bright. Hard not to smile when you're surrounded by yellow walls! They know how to make tacos and I'll leave it at that. Great food for a great price!

  Most authentic Mexican I've had since I worked on the Border. Everything was fresh and tasty. I love all the salsas they give you and those pickled onions! I predict they will soon out grow their current location. I wish I lived closer. Highly recommend.
